◤General terms
By availing a commission from me, you(client) automatically agree to the terms listed below:
I retain ALL RIGHTS to the artwork.
I hold the rights over my commission works. I may post it on my social medias, website, include in my portfolio, make videos, streaming my work.
However client will be the only person get my full size image without water mark.
Client and I both reserve the right to cancel/decline a commission at any time, refund rules clearly state under.
Final product is for PERSONAL USE ONLY.
Client must credit and link back to my website or any SNS account when they post final product online.
If the commission is for commercial use, please contact me directly for more details.

◤Usage Policy
You're NOT allow to:
Redistribute, claim, copy, edit, reproduce my art in any way.
Make merchandise.
Resale my art.
Use my artwork by any means without my permission.
Use my art for commercial use without my proven consent and signed agreement.
However You May:
Happily store it or show off with your friends.
Use the image on your SNS as icon with credit of my SNS account or my name.
Crop to fit the size for each platform is available.
When posting on SNS, you must contain information as follow, or link to any of my SNS account:
◤Commission Process and Work flow
After I receive your commission require email, I will reply asap discuss for any information needed. I will also set a final deadline.
Drawing process will start AFTER I receive 50% of the total payment.
I will send you WIP of sketches with color plan after first payment, if you wish to make any changes please let me know soon the better.
Changes are available BEFORE detail lining stage. Once I started coloring, pose and concept can not be change.
I usually take 1~ 4 weeks depending on the commission list and type from when I START your commission.
Once the piece is finished, I will first let you check the file in a small scale with water mark, a completed full size piece will be send AFTER I receive last payment.
During the process, I will send you WIP a few times, I will contact you through my work email at caty0114@gmail.com
if any extra info needed or when deadline need to be changed. Please make sure I'm not in your trash list.

◤Payment
If you live outside Taiwan, Payment is taken through PayPal ONLY.
I will send you an invoice include a PayPal fee of total payment.
All payments are dealt in USD with (total payment + 4.4% +0.3USD)
The commission will start AFTER I receive half of the payment.
Don't send payment without my approval (If you do, I will consider it's a tip and may not refund.)
◤Refund
You have the right to cancel the commission at anytime.
However If you wish to cancel the commission, refund is available only BEFORE INKING stage.
Once I start inking, refund can not be made.
